  Fantastic products but estimate took too long price was too high over a three month period reminding them that I would like them to quote for a estimate on doing work to my property installing a fireplace, after reminding them that they did visit my property twice insisted they sent me the information as I pointed out to them I would not be here if you did then they give me an extortionate price only living down the road it's not like I've not had something fitted by them before, in this day and age I cannot understand when someone is trying to give the business and keep work for local people that they treat you like your A bit of dirt on the end of their feet and failed in every aspect now searching for someone else outside of the Sangate area to install approximately £5,000 fireplace. Sorry for any spelling mistakes I am dyslexic but at least I try I am no way a snob by any means and I'm like most people have a limited amount of money back still cannot believe they took their time and they are so dear unbelievable I hope this does not reflect on the people installing the Fireslate were very good the first one fitted when I lived in Sandgate around the corner from the shop it's just the person running it now Fells in everything they do he is (lazy)

  Unbelievable this place is still in business. Paid 50% in advance, could not come on agreed week, came the next week, ripped the old fire out and never came back. Left us with a taped up hole. Numerous phone calls, loads of excuses. Gave up after 2 weeks and asked for money back by email, as when you ring they pretend you spoke to someone else and they will have to pass the message on. Confirmed they would refund the deposit by email, but they basically lied and I had to get the credit card company to claim the money back. So avoid at all costs.

  Bought a Gazco gas fire from them about 3 years ago; a fantastic fire that looks great and works well. Bad start as the first time it was lit there was a strong gas smell and I had to call the gas emergency service who disconnected everything and I had to call Country Warmth to refit the fire. 3 years on after it had been serviced regularly by a Gas Safe Engineer whom I use for boiler service , I contacted them March 2015 to ask for a call from their fitter as I needed some Gazco parts, which I wanted installed. I was told they do not have their own fitting staff, and was given a landline number to call for a freelance fitter. I phoned this number three times, got no reply and could not leave a message as there was no voice mail. Got back to Country Warmth, who then offered me his mobile phone number; I suggested they phoned rather than me to make the arrangements, which they said they would do. Nearly a week later I have heard nothing at all either from Country Warmth, or their fitter. Very poor service. The Gazco fire is highly recommended. I can say little in favour of Country Warmth.
